WHERE ARE THE CLASSES DELIVERED ?

In Person Classes

Classes in the local community are currently delivered at Dalmeny Kirk Hall, Dalmeny a small local village right next to South Queensferry.

 

Online

Online classes are via Zoom

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Comfortable fitness clothes and barefeet (or grippy pilates/yoga socks) for Pilates. 

DO I NEED A MAT AND EQUIPMENT FOR PILATES?

Yes a mat is required and a yoga block or cushion is required for some stretches. Also bring a bottle of water to keep yourself hydrated.

WHO ARE THE PILATES CLASSES SUITABLE FOR?

Classes are open to all adults who can get on and off a mat, adaptations of exercises are provided to suit mixed ability levels.  Prior to commencing Fitness By Jules a client health questionnaire needs to be completed.

HOW DOES THE 121 FITNESS COACHING WORK ?

If you are looking for a more personalised approach to your fitness or wish to kick start your fitness journey and ease yourself in gently then 121 Fitness Coaching is for you.     These sessions are tailored to your personal needs and goals.   This is ideal if you haven't exercised for a while and need some motivation to stay committed. Results can be achieved via Pilates strength and core body work, it can also incorporate an element of cardio/High Intensity (or Low Intensity) interval training.  The initial consultation is free and there is a discount if you book a block of 10 sessions.
